This is the moment two police dogs performed their toughest trick yet – the Mannequin Challenge.
Stella and Quest normally spend their days sniffing out drugs and money while apprehending criminals.
The Gloucestershire Constabulary police dogs have now shown they are pretty skilled when it comes to taking part in social media phenomenons.
Their handler managed to get the animals to stay still for almost 30 seconds while he walked around filming them for the Mannequin Challenge.
The obedient dogs have followed the likes of Hillary Clinton’s election campaign, the European Golf Tour and a Las Vegas stripclub to take part in the global video craze.
Stella is now one of the country’s best-known police dogs but life hasn’t always been so rosy for the Staffordshire bull terrier.
She was found wandering the streets in 2013 and was taken in by the RSPCA’s West Hatch branch near Taunton, Somerset.
PC Lee Webb, from Avon and Somerset Police, rescued Stella and trained her into a police dog.
In 2015 she was then assigned to Gloucestershire Constabulary, finding £200 in cash on her first day. Earlier this year she found £25,000.
