Since being listed the home has attracted a staggering 105 viewings in a single week.
The deadline for offers closed yesterday (Tues) and it is believed up to 12 people are vying for the house.

But some housing experts say the property’s retro features are ‘uber cool’ and its biggest charm and deserve to be restored and preserved for posterity.
