This is the moment a teenage prankster gave rugby star Manu Tuilagi a taste of his own medicine – by making a BUNNY EARS gesture behind HIS head.
The British and Irish Lions player was rapped earlier this month after being snapped pulling the same prank on Prime Minister David Cameron.
But cheeky rugby fan Jack Quinton, 17, got his own back on Tuilagi outside the ground of Leicester Tigers on Saturday.
The youngster politely asked the 17 stone England star for a quick photo before quickly flashing the “bunny ears” behind his head.
And Jack revealed he only pulled the prank on Tuilagi after he was DARED to do so by a friend.
Jack, from Willenhall, West Mids., said: “I was at Leicester Stadium to watch a match when I saw Manu.
“My friends had dared me to ask him for a photograph and do bunny ears behind his head, just like he had done to the Prime Minister.
“He didn’t know I had done it at the time but when I looked at his Twitter account, I saw someone had tweeted a video of me doing it and he had responded saying he loved it.
“Since then I have had tweets from people all over the world saying it was a great prank.”
The stunt came five days after the Samoan-born centre made the same gesture behind David Cameron outside Downing Street.
At the time, Tuilagi was with the British and Irish Lions, posing for pictures as they were invited to Number 10 after their series victory over Australia this summer.
The 22-year-old was forced to apologise to Mr Cameron after the gesture, however, the Prime Minster responded in a tweet saying: “No need to apologise. I know it was just a bit of fun.”
Using Twitter to express his remorse for the playful incident, Tuilagi said: “Apologies for messing around on Lions photo. No offence intended. Great Day at Downing Street. Thanks to Prime Minister for hosting us.”
It was not the first time the star has been at the centre of controversy.
In 2011, he was fined #3,000 by the Rugby Football Union after he jumped from a ferry during England’s World Cup campaign in New Zealand.
