Kate Moss is reportedly eager to start a family now she is engaged to marry boyfriend Jamie Hince.
The supermodel, 37, showed off a diamond engagement ring yesterday and is thought to be drawing up plans for a nursery in her North London home.
Kate, who already has a seven-year-old daughter, Lila Grace, with her ex Jefferson Hack, is taking folic acid to increase her chances of conceiving and has cut down on her drinking and partying.
A friend told The Sun: “Jamie and Kate are on cloud nine at the moment.
“Now they have made the commitment to each other, the next step is a family. Jamie has been brilliant with Kate’s daughter Lila, which has made her broody for another child.
“Jamie does Lila’s homework with her, he’s teaching her to read music and play guitar. He is also teaching her to paint.”
Rocker Jamie, lead singer with The Kills, is thought to have popped the question on Tuesday night at the couple’s home.
The Sun reported that Kate had got in to bed and switched the lights off ready to fall asleep when Jamie got down on one knee.
They have been dating since 2007, when they were introduced backstage at one of Jamie’s gigs by Kate’s best pal Sadie Frost.
