The Chakravarty Cup raises funds and sponsorship for a number of charities and is named after Saroj Chakravarty, a Patron of The Prince’s Trust.
This year’s beneficiaries include three charities supported by The Princes: the English Schools’ Swimming Association, the Henry Van Straubenzee Memorial Fund and Wellchild.
The Cup’s total donations have now exceeded £1 million, with 2009’s Chakravarty Cup donating over £50,000 to the designated charities.
William and Harry are following in the footsteps of their father Charles who was a keen polo player.
