Police are hunting this bungling burglar who stole an iPad and accidentally sent pictures of himself – to the owner.
The £500 device was stolen last Wednesday but days after the break-in the owner received several pictures of a man who was using it.
The dozy crook had unwittingly uploaded photographs of himself to Apple’s iCloud from the iPad.

The pictures show an unshaven man with a skinhead slumped on a sofa or bed using the tablet.
The iPad was taken in a burglary in Wolverhampton, West Mids., between 9am and 11am last Wednesday.
PC Stuart McNeil, of West Midlands Police, explained: “The man in the images may have a legitimate reason for being in possession of the iPad but, regardless of how he came to have it, we need to know who he is.

“I would urge anyone who knows the identity of the man in the pictures, or indeed the man himself, to come forward and speak to us.”
Anyone who recognises the man in the images should contact Wolverhampton CID on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Burglary victim Lucia Munjanja , 37, told how she realised her iPad had been stolen after nipped to the shops after a night shift as a care assistant.
The mother-of-one said: “I had been down into town after finishing my shift.
“I left my home at around 9am and then came back at 11am when I had had some food.
“When I got home I tried to check my bank account on my iPad and realised that it was gone, I was shocked.
“I couldn’t believe that someone had been into my house like that and just taken the computer.
“Then I noticed that the phone cord was pulled out of the wall so I think whoever it was they tried to take that as well.
“They must have found a key or climbed in through the window because there were no signs of broken entry.
“Then the next day my iPhone went off and there was this picture of a man using my iPad.
“I was amazed, I couldn’t believe it, I thought ‘this must be my lucky day’.
“I had tried to set up the cloud on my iPad but the people at Apple tell me it hadn’t finished, so it just forwarded all the pictures onto my phone as well.
“Then some more pictures of this man kept coming through and I was able to show them to the police.
“I really hope they can catch him, I have had the locks on my doors and windows changed but I still feel scared all the time in my own home.
“I have a little four-year-old boy and I am scared that if they come back they could hurt him or me.
“I live in complete paranoia now.”
