A stunning horse stables where Katie Price and football ‘WAGs’ Abbey Clancy and Toni Poole learned to ride has gone on sale – for a cool £4.5million.
The Oldencraig Equestrian Centre is set in 20-acres of land and comes complete with an Olympic-sized indoor arena, seating, gallery and sound system.
Located in Lingfield, Surrey, it has been named as one of best horse facilities in the world and is now on the market.
Glamour model and keen equestrian eventer Katie Price has ridden horses at the stables as has 2012 gold medalist Carl Hester.
Abbey Clancy and Toni Poole, wives of soccer Peter Crouch and John Terry, learned to ride there.
It is now being sold through Bidwells Property Consultants with an asking price of “in excess of £4.5 million”.
The venue is owned by Vicki Thompson and her husband Ian Winfield who have spent the past 12-years turning it into a world class centre.
They are now looking to sell Oldencraig but with the intention of Vicki – 16 times national dressage champion – staying on as a riding instructor.
Former soldier Ian, 51, said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed developing Oldencraig and developing it into the world class centre it is today.
“Vicki has taught Toni Poole, the wife of John Terry, to ride here and helped take her from being a total novice into the international level rider she is today.
“When a sale goes through I will be happy to work here for a year free of charge helping with the changeover but I’m 51 now and I want another challenge in life.”
The stables has 80 boxes with air conditioning, automatic feeders and drinkers, drop down weaver bars and rubber matting.
Great Britain picked up a number of equestrian medals at the London 2012 Games with Vicki well-known in the industry for turning novices into international level riders.
It traditionally costs customers between £125 and £295 per week to house their horses.
There is a three-bedroom home on site alongside a separate building which boasts a 15-metre swimming pool, entertainment room and gym.
Staff can stay on site in one of the three self-contained flats and there is also a four-bedroom hostel with large communal kitchen and living space.
