These amazing pictures show celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal’s huge appetite for whacky food after he created – a massive Christmas pudding.
The experimental Michelin-starred chef is busy touring Britain for his new show, which sees him create enormous versions of popular foods.
And excited members of the public got the chance to try a piece of the gigantic pudding at Dicken’s World in Chatham, Kent, on November 2.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Heston even braved setting fire to the 6ft tall and 4ft wife plumb pudding in front of his stunned audience.
Hungry bystander Ros Gull, 49, from Chatham, Kent, said: “It’s amazing and a bit of Heston magic. It’s great that he combines science with cooking.”

A spokesman for Channel 4’s Heston’s Fantastical Food said: “Each corner revealed something new to eat. It was like a scene from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.”
