Dawn Pirie, the Interior Designer and a key member of a multi-talented team involved in rejuvenating the Margate Hotel scene and making Margate trendy again, has launched Inara Décor, an online Interior Design store. Inara Décor contains stunning interior design accessories inspired by her award winning work for boutique hotels and elegant homes.
The aim of Inara Décor is to provide individual home owners with access to the same level of interior design chic as Dawn brings to her work for boutique hotels and grand mansions.
“I love the potential that designing on a grand scale has for innovative interior design, but I wanted to make that same design philosophy available to individual home owners, for whom a full interior design is often out of reach. All of my pieces for Inara Décor will transform a home and give it that interior designed look and feel,” explained Dawn. “Elegant interior design should be available to everyone, and with Inara Décor now it can be.”
Inara Décor features a wide range of interior design items, from elegant table centres and striking signature pieces for hallways to comfortable sofas and occasional chairs designed to transform a room and give it that unmistakeable ‘interior designed’ look and feel. All pieces can be viewed and ordered online from Inara Décor, with newly available items being showcased through the Inara Décor Facebook and Twitter pages.
Margate has undergone a cultural regeneration in recent years, aided by the opening of the Turner Gallery and a number of iconic boutique hotels. The Sands Hotel on Marine Drive, with stunning views of the sunsets that Turner made famous, is a stunning boutique hotel with interior design themes created by Dawn. Many of the pieces on Inara Décor are inspired by her work on this iconic and hugely popular hotel.
