Popular BBC show Dragon’s Den, where wealthily individuals invest large amounts in start-up businesses, has invested in PROtastic GoPro equipment for the production on Season 14 of the popular show.
Dragon’s Den, filmed in Manchester, turned to local specialist supplier PROtastic when they needed a last minute order of mounts and accessories for the GoPro Hero cameras used in the elevator sequence.
PROtastic delivered a long list of parts to Salford Quays within just 18 hours of the order being placed and production was able to continue smoothly.
Camera crews were very impressed with the quality of the PROtastic range and BBC Production staff were impressed with the speed and efficiency of the order. Subsequent orders have since been placed.
PROtastic founder, and freelance Director of Photography, Chris Burton commented, “We were proud to support one of the BBC’s flagship shows, and I’m particularly flattered that the BBC have come back to PROtastic for the third year running.”
PROtastic.co.uk was established by freelance Director of Photography Chris Burton in 2013 to fill the gap in competitively priced high quality Action Camera accessories.
