Two men were arrested yesterday on suspicion of arranging or facilitating the prostitution of children under the guise of an escort agency called Girls4U.
The pair – one aged 38 from Shoeburyness, Essex and one aged 68 from Brentwood, Essex, were held when officers from the Kent and Essex Serious and Organised Crime Unit executed search warrants.
They are both being questioned on suspicion of conspiring to arrange or facilitate the prostitution of a child under the age of 18, intentionally controlling the activities of another in relation to prostitution and supplying Class A and B Drugs.
Detectives are continuing to monitor the websites and investigate the escort agency.
