A thug has been jailed for an unprovoked assault on three men outside a gay nightclub – when he covered them with DRAIN CLEANER.
Jonathan Lynn, 31, was jailed for two years and four months, after pleading guilty to seven offences in relation to two unprovoked assaults in the same night, when he went out armed with a bottle of corrosive liquid.
Lynn got into an argument with male model Pariche Frith outside the Lightbox nightclub in Vauxhall, south London, in the early hours of June 8, over a girl.
When Pariche told burly Lynn, of Worcester Park, south west London, he was gay, the thug sprayed him and a friend with ammonia.
In a victim’s impact statement, Pariche told the court he felt like his face was melting and feared he would never work again.
Tattooed Lynn then walked away, before assaulting another man in the same manner a few minutes later.
Detective Chief Inspector William White, Lambeth, said: “Lynn has never given an explanation as to why he did what he did that night or why he would go out armed with a corrosive liquid.”
At Inner London Crown Court, Lynn pleaded guilty to four counts of actual bodily harm, two counts of common assault, and possession of an offensive weapon.
