Wealthy Londoners will be able to park their supercars in the city’s poshest area for just £2.30 a day now – if they stump up £85,000 for the spot.
Three spaces in the Park Lane car park in Mayfair have been put on the market for a combined £255,000.
But despite the eye-watering price-tag, the spots work out considerably cheaper than if you wanted to pay-per-day.
It would normally costs £9 per hour, £49 for 24 hours or £3,600 for a 12 month parking ticket the Mayfair car park.
And the Marble Arch car park charges ££5 for one hour or £36 for 24 hours.
These spaces work out at around £2.30 per day for the duration of the leases, which vary between 105 and 110 years.
The spots, which cost the same as a new Porsche 911 and have 24-hour security, will pay for themselves in less than 23 years.
They have also been described as an excellent investment with Mayfair parking in demand as more properties are returned to residential use.
The spaces, which will accommodate a Bentley Continental, are up for sale with Harrods Estates.
