Leading Logistician John Wicking, 49, returned home from a six month voyage to the Middle East last Friday to be greeted by proud friends and family. On arrival home, John got the chance to meet his new five-month-old granddaughter Angelique. His record breaking time away was an astonishing 5,190 days – more than any other seaman in the Royal Navy.
