Die(t) Trying, is a new book in which the psychologist, Kenneth Schwarz, Ph.D., investigates the mystery overweight women must solve in order to lose weight.
Die(t) Trying is a character-driven form of psychological weight loss self-help. The book is staged as a murder mystery in which the reader immerses herself in the psychological lives of women who have trouble losing weight. It tells the tale of overweight women who have been murdered and what it takes to solve the murders, recover the bodies, and give the victims their lives back. “It delivers the kind of weight loss self-help that seeps its way into your psyche without you having to lift a finger,” said Dr. Schwarz.
Kenneth Schwarz Ph.D. is co-author of the Symmetry Press series, Weight Loss Books for Women — Using Psychology to Lose Weight. Dr. Schwarz is a psychologist and psychoanalyst practicing in Connecticut USA. This is his tenth book on the psychology necessary for weight loss. His blog posts can be read at: MariasLastDiet.com.
