Two teenagers have been arrested after going on a low-speed joy ride – in GOLF BUGGIES.
The lads, aged 15 and 16, were arrested after three golf carts – with a top speed of just 11mph – were stolen from a golf club in Coleford, Glos., in a 5am raid.
The buggies were used to tear around the course before they smashed through residential gardens and abandoned.
One cart was written off and another being severely damaged.
