SWNS (South West News Service) supplies national newspapers, magazines and websites with sparkling copy and amazing pictures day in, day out.
We need a bright and ambitious reporter who wants to get stuck in – digging out great stories while juggling commissions from national titles and covering breaking news events.
You will be part of a small but dedicated team covering Devon and Cornwall from this busy satellite office. Under the guidance of a news editor, you will hande everything from court cases and inquests to vox pops and human interest tales.
Ideally you will have some experience and be able to hit the ground running. But we will consider applications from rookies who are fast learners.
