A son who went on a diet to help his mum lose weight is literally half the man he used to be – after shedding a whopping TEN STONE.
Rus Clark, 37, tipped the scales at almost 22st when mother Robbie, 63, decided she needed to get in shape.
He agreed to go on a diet with her in support and swapped kebabs and Chinese takeaways for carrots, fruit and exercise.

Rus, an IT technician from Bristol, shed an amazing 10st in 42 weeks and now comes in at a sprightly 12st.
He lost 14 inches from his waist and got so thin doctors ordered him to put some back ON.
During the same period mum Robbie shed an impressive four-and-a-half stone after being diagnosed with diabetes.
Rus said: “When you have to lean forward to see how heavy you are on the scales you know you have an issue – it was embarrassing.
“Mum sat the rest of the family down and asked for support and so I made her a promise that if she went to Weight Watchers I would go too and we would lose weight together.
“By finding the thing that motivated me I was able to change things for the better.”
