Rockschool announce global benchmark syllabus for aspiring acoustic guitarists

Available from 18th February, the ground breaking 2016 Acoustic Guitar Syllabus from Rockschool will set a new benchmark for acoustic guitarists worldwide.

Featuring a truly diverse range of iconic artists such as Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Pat Metheny, Newton Faulkner, Brent Mason and Tommy Emmanuel, Rockschool Acoustic equips every student with a level of technical and stylistic understanding that is second to none.

The new books also feature top sessions musicians, including Mike Finnigan (Jimi Hendrix, Etta James, Leonard Cohen, Rod Stewart and Tower of Power), Ian Thomas (Michael Jackson, B.B. King, Tom Jones, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Mark Knopfler) and Hannah Vasanth (Rihanna, Jessie J, Gnarls Barkley, Bryan Ferry).
