Ricky Hatton has gone ringside for his latest role – by playing a boxing trainer in a new music video.
The former champ, 35, makes his comeback tonight against welterweight star Vyacheslav Senchenko.
And the musclebound Mancunian took time out of his gruelling fitness regime to recreate a number of famous scenes from the Rocky series.

In the video of ‘Roll With The Punches’, by band Coupe De Ville, Hatton takes on the role of Mickey, Rocky’s famously tough trainer.
Chris Henniker, frontman in the group, said: “I thought it would be a perfect idea to get Ricky to play the trainer in our video.
“None of us actually knew Ricky but I was determined to track him down, so I called his manager, Paul Speak, and both he and Ricky agreed that the video was a top idea and agreed to do it for free – which is good because the band are
skint.

“The whole idea behind the video, the track and Ricky Hatton’s appearance was a tribute to the Rocky series of films, which make people believe that anything is possible.
“Rocky was a normal bloke, down on his luck and with nowhere to go in life. He was presented with an opportunity and he took it.
“Ricky too, worked to make his own opportunities and took them when they came along.”
