A fancy dress reveller who attacked another man when he poked fun at his Oompa Loompa outfit has been freed from prison after appealing against his sentence.
Matthew Wright and Louis Gelinas were covered in orange body paint and wearing green wigs when they clashed with two other men on Boxing Day last year.
The two thugs, both 20, were caught on CCTV in their white Oompa Loompa overalls charging at their victims in the centre of Norwich, leaving one with facial injuries.

Wright was jailed for ten months and Gelinas ordered to complete 240 hours of unpaid community work when they admitted provoking the fracas at Norwich Crown Court.
But now Appeal Court judges have reduced Wright’s jail term to four months – which he has already served.
His lawyers argued the original sentence was too harsh and said the Oompa Loompas had been insulted about their costumes.
Ian James said: “The assault was in part provoked and only one blow was struck, which caused a not particularly serious injury.”
Three appeal court judges quashed the original 10 month sentence and replaced it with one of four months.

Wright, of Potter Heigham, Norfolk, and Gelinas, of Sutton, Norfolk, both admitted affray and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Oompa Loompas are characters from the 1971 film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, inspired by Roald Dahl’s novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
