See SWNS story SWPARROT; This is a shot of a rare African grey parrot – seen standing its ground and defending its territory. Greg Caygill got the picture while strolling in Hayle, Cornwall. The bird – native to central Africa – was seen perched on a house roof top, frightening off other birds. “I was walking and I saw this African grey,” the 58-year-old said. He was defending its roof top. It looked like he was protecting his chimney pot.
