She has produced an e-fit of the thug who bares an uncanny resemblance to TV star Cesar Millan who has made millions of pounds being the world’s best dog whisperer.
Detective Constable Lindsey Seeley, of West Midlands Police, said: “This must have been a very frightening ordeal and fortunately the woman was able to fend off her attacker and was not seriously hurt.

“Incidents of this kind are very rare and we are determined to bring this man to justice.
“We believe that someone must know this man who also had a very rounded belly.
“Securing best evidence in such traumatic cases is a slow process and officers have sensitively and patiently been working with the victim in order to secure the e-fit which has been released today.”
Millan’s ‘Dog Whisperer’ TV programme, which is broadcast in more than 80 countries, has made him a global phenomenon.
He has also proved the go-to man for A-list celebrities with problem pooches and lists the likes of Will Smith, Oprah Winfrey, Nicolas Cage, and Vin Diesel among his famous clients.
