Police thought someone was foaling around this morning (Mon) when they were called to reports of a stray pony trotting around a skate park.
But officers found it was neigh joke after finding the tiny grey and white animal in Harlow, Essex.
PC Josh Haase of Essex Police tweeted pictures of the pony in a bid to reunite it with its owners.
He wrote: “Assisting a colleague with a found pony on First Avenue – is this horse yours? Do you know the owner?”
Anyone with information as to who the pony belongs to should contact police on 101.
