Police have launched an investigation after a walker found a huge collection of BONES on the banks of the River Thames.
Chirs Harvey was on a stroll outside his home in Greenwich, London, when he saw the mysterious objects on the river bank.
On closer inspection he was shocked to discover that the shifting tide had exposed hundreds of the animal bones.

The concerned walker immediately contacted police who yesterday confirmed that they are investigating the strange items.
A spokesperson from the Metropolitan Police added: “Officers in Greenwich were alerted to reports of bones being found, and are investigating.”
The force has also appealed for anyone with information that may help discover the source of the bones to come forward.
