Police are hunting an arsonist who turned a bakery into a blazing inferno after dousing the kitchen with petrol.
Shocking CCTV footage shows the suspect, wearing a motorcycle helmet, pouring fuel across counters and the floor of the bakery before striking a match and slamming the door – as a river of fire swept through the business.
The huge blaze took fire crews eight pumps to extinguish and while smoke alarms were in place, they had been covered and did not work.

Within moments the fire ripped through the kitchen and other areas, filling the room with smoke, so hot even the CCTV footage is affected by the searing heat.
Cops are hunting a suspect wearing a distinctively patterned crash helmet, jacket trousers, gloves and black and white trainers at the scene just before 5am on March 14.
The blaze at Tavazo bakery, in Finchley, north London, caused tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage and police are keen to hear from anyone who may recognise the suspect.
