Pervert Jimmy Savile’s gravestone has been replaced – with a pair of dirty knickers and a bra.
Workers at Woodlands Cemetery in Scarborough where the late DJ was buried were shocked when they found a pink bra and black knickers chucked on the grave.
His £4,000 triple headstone – unveiled just three weeks ago – was smashed up and dumped in a skip earlier this week on the orders of his disgusted family.
But on Thursday the turf on top of his now unmarked grave was replaced by the grubby underwear as former fans expressed their outrage at his seedy lifestyle.
An onlooker said: “Jimmy Savile being outed as a paedophile is like being told Father Christmas is a monster – he made people’s dreams come true.
“The fact his grand headstone has been replaced with a pair of dirty pants and a bra is quite appropriate considering what we now know about him.”
