A pervert caught pleasuring himself in shops has been banned from wearing trousers with HOLES in the pockets by a court.
Mark Perrett, 50, admitted fiddling with himself via his customised trousers while watching women in shops and restaurants.
He admitted outraging public decency and was slapped with a Sexual Offences Prevention Order which prohibits him from wearing holed trousers.
Sentencing at Bristol Crown Court, Judge Julian Lambert told him: “I was extremely worried about you.
“You have been wandering around parts of the city, taking yourself into shops and masturbating in the presence of young women.
“The seriousness of outraging public decency is the impact it has on the women who witness wholly inappropriate sexual behaviour on your part.
“It is selfish, immature and quite unbalanced.”
Andrea Edwards, prosecuting, told the court that Perrett’s victims – including a teenage girl – were “shocked, embarrassed and freaked out” by his behaviour.
“The Crown would submit that Mr Perrett cannot control his urges,” she said.
“As such there is a risk of escalation in this case. The Crown would say he is a risk to women and children.”
Perrett, of Bedminster, Bristol, pleaded guilty to four acts of outraging public decency in McDonalds in Bedminster, on January 22, House of Fraser in Cabot Circus on February 11 and March 11, and at Marks and Spencer in Broadmead on June 7.
The judge handed Perrett a community order with three years’ supervision and an order to attend the Thames Valley sex offender programme.

He was made the subject of a five year Sexual Offences Prevention Order in which he was banned from having holed trousers, as well as excluded from Cabot Circus, Broadmead and Asda in East Street, Bedminster.
He was also told to observe a six month curfew in which he must stay at his home from 9pm to 6am on electronic tag.
