Peaches Geldof is back in the headlines, this time after being accused of stealing a dress from a London clothing store.
According to the Daily Mail, the TV presenter/ showbiz brat was in the Three Amigos shop in Camden Town just before the garment allegedly went missing.
Staff at the store claim they tried to contact Peaches about the missing dress but called police after being unable to get in touch with her.
Cops are yet to question Peaches and it is thought the disappearance could just be a misunderstanding.
Peaches – who is mostly famous for being Bob Geldof and Paula Yates’ offspring – has been accused of theft in the past, but each incident has been settled as a misunderstanding and she has never been charged.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “We can confirm police have received an allegation of theft.
“It is alleged that on March 4 a woman stole a dress from a shop on Camden Road. Officers are investigating the alleged theft.”
A spokesperson for Peaches, 22, said: “Peaches knows nothing about this incident which we strenuously deny.”
Peaches is currently taking a break from her hectic schedule of showbiz parties and brushes with the law to star as an agony aunt in the ITV2 show OMG! With Peaches Geldof.
