A parrot which learned to recite the names of FOOTBALLERS after listening to his owner play computer games has gone missing.
The African grey bird – called Whitney – regularly reels off global superstars like Lionel Messi, Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo.
She picked up her amazing soccer knowledge after watching her owner play a FIFA video game – and repeating the commentary.

But Claire Milward, 38, and her football mad sons Kieran, 12, and Kane, 15, are heartbroken after Whitney escaped from her cage and flew off.
Claire, of Newquay, Cornwall, said: “Kane loves football and is always playing Xbox. She hears all the names on the commentary and picks them up.
“We’ve been out looking for her. People might mistake her for a wood pigeon because she’s grey, but she’s got a red tail.”
The family are offering a £100 for her safe return.
