Neve Boitelle lost her fight for life at six-months-old and her identical twin Belle died in her parents’ arms aged two years and four months. Both had been diagnosed at five months old as suffering from infant acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. The tragedies happened after both girls had fought back after being born two months prematurely. The twins were cared for in the special care baby unit at St James’s Hospital in Leeds before being allowed home.
