Nadine Crooks was told she had polycystic ovary syndrome after she gave birth to son Joshua Palmer, who is now one-year-and-five-months old. Doctors said she would never be able to naturally conceive again as cysts had developed on both her swollen ovaries in October 2013. But to her horror, the 33-year-old discovered she was pregnant for a fifth time in November 2014 and this time she was expecting triplets. The full-time mother now faces the daunting prospect of almost doubling her brood despite never intending to have any more children.
