See Ross Parry copy RPYCALL : A single mum was appalled after council staff left a lewd voicemail suggesting she was sleeping with her landlord – when a dozy member of staff FORGOT to end the call. Jayne Wheeler, 33, received a voice recording from South Ribble Council but the two minute recording continued with a man and woman at the end. The pair were heard spouting disparaging and untrue comments about the mother-of-one – accusing her of “having if off” with her landlord for free rent. Shocked Jayne had approached the Lancashire-based council because she needed to adapt her house for her severely disabled daughter Alesha, 7, The workers have since been suspended – following a red-faced apology from council bosses.
