Police today released images of a scantily clad party-goer wearing a mini skirt they are trying to trace after a man was BLINDED following a savage street attack.
The pretty brunette was caught on CCTV cameras in Birmingham city centre moments before the brutal assault at around 6am on Sunday morning.
A 43-year-old man was attacked as he walked outside the Hippodrome theatre – near to the city’s Arcadian bar and club district.
The victim was rushed to hospital by paramedics where doctors confirmed he had lost the sight in his left eye.
He also suffered “significant” injuries to his other eye – which could result in a loss of vision altogether.
West Midlands Police say they want to speak to the woman – who is wearing a short black dress and heels and a distinctive gold necklace – as part of their inquiries.
A spokesman said: “Two men were arrested in connection with the incident, with a 24-year-old man remaining in police custody being questioned in connection with the alleged wounding.
“A second man was arrested and has appeared in court, charged with wounding with intent.
“We now want to trace the woman captured in CCTV images as part of their inquiry.”
Simeon Evans was later arrested in the city centre and was later charged with wounding with intent.
The 29-year-old, from Bromford, Birmingham, appeared before magistrates on Monday and was bailed to appear at crown court at a later date.
A 24-year-old man remains in police custody and is also being questioned in connection with the alleged wounding.
