Meet Ross, the human dolphin who has taken his hobby to a new level – by perfecting leaping from the water using a JETPACK.
Ross ‘Flipper’ Ceaton, 30, repeatedly flies out of the water before plunging back into the sea using a water-powered jetpack strapped to his feet.
And when he is not mimicking the aquatic agility of the dolphins, Ross flies through the air like his fictional superhero Ironman.

Ross is the only person in the Uk to own a £5,000 FlyBoard and hopes it could become as popular as many other watersports.
He said: “It’s absolutely fantastic – flying around above the waves makes you feel like Ironman, but when you plunge in and out of the surf, you feel more like a dolphin.
“Dolphins are one of my favourite animals and Ironman is my favourite superhero, so it’s great to mimic them.
“Anyone can give it a go – it only takes around 15 minutes’ worth of training to get a first-timer airborne.

“Wearing a wetsuit is crucial though – it keeps you warm and nobody wants to re-enact Free Willy.”
The Flyboard works by attaching the device to the back of a jetski, which pumps water up the pipe and out of the jets, propelling the user up to 10m / 30ft in the air.
Ross runs AquaticJetpacks from Salterns Marina, in Poole, Dorset.
The Flyboard costs a whopping £5,000 and can only be used with a jetski which will set you back £5,000 for a decent second hand machine.
Any brave soul wishing to try their hand at flying through the waves can contact www.aquaticjetpacks.com for lessons, starting at £100.
