A major police search was underway last night for a missing woman who is thought to have left her home while sleepwalking.
Joy Grigg, aged 50, disappeared in the early hours of Wednesday and has not been seen since.
She vanished after leaving her home through a kitchen window and police said her disappearance was ‘totally out of character’.

Fears are growing for her because of the sub-zero temperatures there have been this week.
Sgt Jo Williams said the rural location of Mrs Grigg’s home at Tregeare near Launceston in Cornwall also had “inherent dangers”.
A police spokesman said: “We have a large team of searchers out looking for Mrs. Grigg.”
Volunteers from Cornwall Rescue Group has joined the hunt.
Mrs Grigg is about 5ft 2in (1.57m) tall with a medium build and light brown hair.
She is believed to have been wearing a nightdress with possibly a light blue coat and black ankle boots.
Mrs. Grigg is a mother-of-two with sons Martin, 27, and Geoff, 25.
Her husband Richard, 53, a farmer, last night said went missing as she was sleepwalking in January – and was found around five miles away.
He said: “Joy is my wife, we live on a farm and the police have already scoured our farm but have now moved east to look for her.
“We have two boys together and they are obviously very worried.
“She has wandered off before, about six or seven weeks ago in January, that time she ended up around five miles away.
“We managed to bring her back after I kept calling her mobile and eventually the vibration in her pocket woke her up.
“We are all very worried and it is a horrible feeling not knowing where she is, but we are all trying to get in contact with her desperately.
“My family and the police are trying our hardest to find her and I am keeping my fingers crossed that we do.
