A dozy driver found himself in a load of trouble yesterday when he wedged his lorry under a low bridge.
The hapless trucker tried to squeeze his 10ft 7ins tall vehicle through the opening – clearly labelled with a maximum height of 9ft.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Rainham, Kent, as the driver ripped the whole roof and back section of his vehicle.

Kent Police were called to the scene at 8.33am on 19 April to assist the foolish driver who was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital with a facial injury.
An onlooker said: “You’d think he would have seen the sign – and realised his truck was too big.
“I’m not even sure how the driver can get out of his cab.”
The road was closed and reopened at 12.10pm and the Kent Fire service and rescue did not attend.
