Troubled Lindsay Lohan is back at the centre of controversy after the starlet was alleged to have assaulted a worker at the Betty Ford Rehab Clinic, where she is currently undergoing treatment.

Worker Dawn Holland alleges Lindsay, 24, attacked after sneaking out to drink alcohol at a bar.
She told gossip site TMZ.com that she ordered Lohan to take a breathalyser test after she discovered her and two roommates trying to climb back over the wall to the clinic. She claims that the actress then swore at her and pushed her so hard she sprained her arm.
However, although Lindsay admits pushing Dawn, she claims it was in self-defence after the worker grabbed her first. She also denies sneaking out to a bar, insisting she was at a hairdressers’ appointment.
In a twist of events, the Betty Ford Clinic promptly sacked Walker for talking to the press and violating patient confidentiality. They also pointed out that it was Lohan who dialled 911 after the incident.
Police have confirmed they are investing the claims, but no charges have been brought against Lohan as yet.
