Arsenal youngster Jack Wilshere has taken a swipe at Barry Ferguson after the Birmingham City midfielder’s childish behaviour at yesterday’s League Cup Final.
Following Obafemi Martins’ last-minute goal for City, Ferguson was seen tapping the head of Laurent Koscielny after the Frenchman’s mistake led to the winner.
Ferguson’s unsporting act clearly disappointed Wilshere who was devastated after losing his first senior cup final in such a disastrous fashion.
The teenager tweeted: “Well done to the BCFC player who slapped Koscielny on the head when they scored, very big of you!”
Wilshere, who has been in trouble in the past for his impassioned use of social media, later removed the tweet.
The youngster is a keen user of Twitter and recently used the website to upload a picture of him and his dad with Lionel Messi and Xavi’s shirts after their famous first-leg victory against Barcelona in the Champions League.
he didnt remove it..
