The devastated boyfriend of Georgia Williams described the search for her as a ‘nightmare’ and vowed to ‘never give up’ looking for his missing love.
Matthew Bird, 18, posted a string of emotional messages on his Facebook page as police revealed they still hadn’t found the pretty head girl.
He begged friends to report any sightings of Georgia, 17, and also appealed for information about murder suspect Jamie Reynolds, 22.
The Next shop worker, who bought a dozen red roses for the teenager just a week before she went missing, ended the moving plea for information with the words: “I will find you”.
On Wednesday night he wrote: “Right please can people share this around.
“If anyone has seen or heard from Georgia Ferret Williams since Sunday evening then please can they please contact me, her family or the police.
“If any one also knows anything about Jamie Reynolds like how get hold of him or where he is then please can you tell me.
“We are all hoping she’s alright and safe but any information no matter how small is needed.
“I’m so worried about her and we need her back, I love you Georgia and I will find you.”
Dozens of friends posted messages of support for the teen, who started dating Georgia around a month ago.
Jess Richardson wrote: “We are all here for you no matter what! i went to college with her and she’s amazing! lovely and caring girl! dont give up. (sic)”
Matthew replied: “I’m never giving up.”
In a conversation with another friend, Ellie May, Matthew revealed his anguish at Georgia’s disappearance, describing it as a ‘nightmare’.
Ellie wrote: “Nothing just seems real anymore just like a big dream.”
Matthew replied: “Nightmare.”
Ellie, who described herself as one of Georgia’s best friends, also posted a picture of the teen falling off a chair.
She wrote: “Haha we were at hers crying on the floor with laughter from being fainting goats hahaha.”
Matthew added: “She was laughing so hard at this the other day.”
Ellie added: “Kept thinking she was gonna knock on my door and stuff and tell me she’s okay I just want to see her and give her a massive sloppy kiss and a hug hahah xx (sic).”
Supt Nav Malik, leading the investigation, said police were focusing their efforts on a key five-hour period on Bank Holiday Monday – 24 hours after Georgia went missing
The van was clocked by Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras in Wrexham, North Wales, at 5pm, before being seen again in Queensferry, Cheshire, at 10.30pm.
Supt Malik, of West Mercia Police, said: “I make it very clear that we have not found Georgia Williams at this moment in time, she remains elsewhere, we are not quite sure where.
“I would like to stress that Georgia Williams has still not been found and achieving that is still the primary focus of our investigation.
“We are urging people if they’ve got any CCTV to review their CCTV in that area of time, in those locations and between those locations and come back to us with any information no matter how irrelevant they think that information may be.
“The smallest scrap of detail could be vital to our enquiries so even if you think it may not be important please tell us so that we can check it out.”
Police yesterday were searching woodland near Whitchurch, Shrops., along with several sites across the country.
An area of Brown Moss Nature Reserve, 13 miles from her home, was taped off as forensics officers examined the area.
