England and Chelsea star Frank Lampard proves he’s a True Blue by showing off his new £170,000 Ferrari 458 Italia in his club’s colours.
Lamps parked the flash Ferrari just minutes from Stamford Bridge on Old Brompton Road, west London.
But the 32-year-old midfielder appeared to have committed TWO motoring offences as he was parked on a single yellow line in a car WITHOUT a front registration plate.
All new cars must display a valid front and rear registration plate and Lamps could be fined £1,000.
Motorists in the London borough of Kensington and Chelsea are banned from parking on single lines between 8am and 6pm.
Top Gear star Jeremy Clarkson revealed in his Sun column on Saturday how he was recently fined for parking on his Mercedes on a single yellow line.
A council spokesman revealed Lampard risked a fine of up to £120 – which would have taken the £130,000-a-week star less than ten minutes of work to pay for.
One onlooker said: ”The Ferrari looked awesome in that colour – although I’m not too sure he should have been parking there.
”But if he was handed a ticket he wouldn’t have any problem paying the fine – he’s a multi-millionaire superstar.”
The Chelsea vice-captain, who has been out injured for two-months, would have had a sizeable stay on the waiting list to get his hands on the sought-after £170,000 Ferrari 458.
With a 4.5-litre V8 engine, the Italian supercar can accelerate from 0-62mph in just 3.4 seconds and is capable of a top speed of 202mph.
Lamps joins a growing list of celebrity 458 owners which includes chef Gordon Ramsay, DJ Chris Evans and irritating pop duo Jedward – who recently ordered two despite not having driving licences.
Fast car-loving Frank has previously owned a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti and Aston Martin DB9.
