A lucky dog has Britain's poshest kennel - after its owner created a PALACE under the stairs.Tom Wadsworth, 36, has given his beloved 15-month-old Beagle Jessie her own lavish 'cottage' complete with four-poster bed and Victorian decorations.The unique doggie hideaway is made out of second hand materials and bits and bobs the owner had lying around, and it cost only £100 in total to put together. Tom said that Jessie was hesitant to move in at first but now loves her new home and uses it every day and night.The outside features a secret door, a window for her to look through and a Victorian style lantern. The Victorian theme continues inside with photoshopped pictures of Jessie in regal Victorian clothing - while she also has her own four poster bed.Tom, an ROV pilot, who lives in Plymouth, Devon, with partner Emma Rollins, 33, a probation worker, said they have owned Jessie since she was a puppy.
