A David Beckham fan could own the superstar’s old Mercedes after it was put up for sale -for just £7,000.
The football legend was at the top of his game when he shelled out more than £70,000 on the Mercedes S500 in 2001.
It was the year he scored his famous last-minute goal against Greece to send England to the World Cup.

The luxury saloon was one of a number of luxury cars in his fleet and, like many of them, it had a registration plate featuring the letters ‘DVB’.
Both Beckham and wife, Victoria, would be photographed in their family car, with Posh Spice papped numerous times doing her grocery shopping with the car.
Under the bonnet of the German limo is a 5-litre V8 engine which developed more than 300bhp.
This gives the Mercedes a 0-62mph time of just 6.5 seconds and a top speed of 155mph.
It is filled with driver and passenger comforts including leather seat, all-round electrics and even a TV in the rear.
The Mercedes, which has now done more than 117,000 miles and no longer belongs to Becks, is being sold on June 14.
And you won’t need to ‘spend it like Beckham’ if you want to get your hands on the Mercedes.
It is going under the hammer at Anglia Car Auctions in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, and is expected to sell for just £7,000.
This is a tenth of the price of an ex-Beckham BMW 6 Series which is currently being offered on Auto Trader.
Rob George, from the auction house, said: “Cars that have a celebrity owner in their history are great investments.
“David Beckham’s Mercedes is a great example and could be a bargain for an interested bidder.”
