Dancing on Ice judge Jason Gardiner experienced a run-in with Denise Welch’s husband Tim Healy over his frosty comments to the Loose Women presenter.
The Benidorm actor, 59, stormed onstage after ‘Mr Nasty’ judge Jason criticised Denise’s performance with skating partner Matt Evers.
Jason had said of Denise’s skating: “It was a little bit like watching two people play Twister.
“It was like Matt did a position then he assisted you in to another position, there was no flow.”
Furious Tim leapt out of his audience seat after hearing Jason’s words and stormed up to the judge.
He exclaimed: “She’s 52 and she’s got four jobs! How many jobs have you got, eh?”
As Denise looked on cringing, Jason waved the actor away with a dismissive: “Oh my god, your breath!”
However, her hubby’s display of loyalty wasn’t enough to save Denise and she was later voted off by the public.
It’s not the first time Jason’s icy remarks have landed the judge in hot water.
Over 2000 viewers complained last month after he told coach Karen Barber that her views “don’t matter.”
