The merger creates a business with annual revenues of £3 million. The merged business will adopt the Collier Pickard brand identity. Plans designed during the early stage of the merger have been implemented to ensure there is no disruption to the excellent levels of customer service for which both companies were known prior to the merger.
Collier Pickard Managing Director Mike Collier said: ”“Collier Pickard and Avrion are both familiar names to many organisations in the UK who are looking to implement or develop a CRM system.
”The merger of the two businesses creates a new force in CRM consultancy; implementation, development and support that will be available to help any business from an SME to a global corporation select the right approach to customer relationship management for their needs.

”Clients of the newly merged company can rest assured that they have access to a team of experts, not just of their particular system but also the best practices, culture and ethos that surrounds CRM.”
The newly merged company will retain Collier Pickard’s stance as an independent CRM consultancy but will continue to offer and support CRM systems it considers clear examples of “best of breed”.
These include Act!, Infor CRM, Maximizer CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Sage CRM.
Additionally, the company understands that truly well implemented and developed CRM fits into a broader universe of business applications. In addition to its focus on CRM and supporting systems Collier Pickard also provides a broader offering in the business systems space with the inclusion of Sage 200 accounting software. Collier Pickard’s team includes highly experienced Sage 200 professionals capable of delivering excellent implementations of the industry leading software.
