A lunatic driver lost his testicles when his car flipped and a branch smashed through his windscreen and skewered his GROIN.
Unlucky Nicholas St Clair, 27, was driving at almost twice the speed limit when his VW Golf GTi hit a lampost and overturned and the tree impaled him.
He later told police: “I pulled it out and my testicles fell out.”
St Clair also suffered a cut to his forehead, which required 20 stitches and lost a tooth in addition to the heavy bleeding in his groin.
A court was told he was now unable to ever have children or a full sexual relationship.
Grimsby Crown Court heard he first crashed into a Ford Mondeo in South Ferriby, North Lincs and then hit an oncoming Seat Ibiza as he tried to dangerously overtake.
He lost control and ploughed into the lampost which flipped the Golf on the A1077 on March 27.
St Clair was jailed three years ago for taking a friend hostage and attacking him with a baseball bat.
He was released on licence to a bail hostel where he had a job as a mechanic and had to sign on each day.
St Clair, from Hull, East Yorks was jailed for eight months by Judge Paul Watson QC who told him: “You were driving like a lunatic.
“You were driving at an excessively fast speed on country roads and driving on the wrong side of the road.
“It is not only merciful, it is miraculous that no one was fatally injured. I have seen much less serious collisions that have resulted in tragic fatalities.”
St Clair was sentenced for dangerous driving and using a vehicle without insurance and was also banned from the road for 18 months.
