A couple in their 80s who finally married after a twenty year romance poked fun at their age by arriving at the wedding – in a HEARSE.
Devoted Colin Moore, 86, and Margaret Bevan, 81, first met in 1992 – but didn’t become betrothed until last year.
They finally got engaged when divorcee Colin finally popped the question – over a bowl of PORRIDGE.

The couple, of Plymouth, Devon, married on Saturday – after arriving at the ceremony in a funeral car.
Ex-shop worker Margaret, who has never married before, said: “We were having breakfast and he said, ‘I think we should get married’.
“I wondered what he was on about, so I said, ‘did I hear right?’. He said, ‘yes’. I’m 81 and Colin is 86 so if marriage is for the young, then that makes us young.”
Retired salesman Colin, a dad-of-two, added: “I wonder what the neighbours thought when the hearse rolled up outside the house.
“I wanted to get married from the start 21 years ago but Margaret always had the idea, ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’. I thought the time was right now and Margaret agreed.
“I suggested that if we were going to get married we had better get on with it – it’s not like I’m going to live until 120.”
Colin and Margaret wed in front of family and friends at Plymouth’s St Mary the Virgin Church.
