This is the shocking moment a Christian preacher screams homophobic abuse outside a gay politician’s house – and tells him he will DIE if he doesn’t repent.
Former Lib Dem councillor Christian Martin films as the man – who is brandishing a wooden CROSS – screams: “Homosexuality is wrong”.
Mr Martin runs a film production company that makes gay films, flies a rainbow flag outside of his family home and advocates for LGBT rights.
The former Bristol City councillor for Clifton East and his family were woken up by the preacher’s heckles early on Saturday morning.
Footage captures the man, who is dressed in dark clothes and wielding a wooden cross, bellowing: “Same sex relationships are wrong. Bestiality is wrong.
“Homosexuality is wrong. Sexual immorality is wrong. Bestiality is wrong.
“Come to the cross before it’s too late. Jesus loves you but he doesn’t love your sin.
“However if you reject Jesus Christ and what he did for you at the cross you will perish.
“If you reject Jesus Christ and what he did for you at the cross you will be destroyed.
“Come to the cross, before it’s too late. Get on your knees and repent of your sins.
“Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour before it’s too late.”
As the preacher continues to shout, Mr Martin responds: “OK, thanks very much. Thanks very much.
“It’s very early in the morning. It’s very early in the morning can you stop please.”
All very Christian: arrogant, vain, malicious, wilfully ignorant. They never grow up.
