Certus is pleased to announce the successful implementation of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Applications for theOffice for National Statistics. This is one of the first complete Oracle Cloud suite implementations in HM Government.
Certus Solutions is a Platinum level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) and a leading
implementer of Oracle Cloud Services for Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll operations
and provider of “engage®.gov” an implementation template, methodology and support
service specifically designed for Oracle Cloud within Central Government.
The project forms part of a wider transformation of the ONS Finance and HR functions and is
a key component alongside standardisation of business processes. Alongside enhancing the
user experience and smarter, mobile working, this new technology is forecast to deliver in
excess of £1m of efficiencies by 2019/2020.
HM Government, through the ONS implementation experience, now has a significant point
of reference in terms of approach, the challenges faced and solutions implemented using
Oracle Cloud technology which now can be leveraged for the wider benefit of other
government departments.

period of time to have moved through the design phases to testing and now implementation.

driving efficiencies and demonstrating value for money for the taxpayer”.
