This residential street was flooded after freezing temperatures caused a water main to burst.
Gallons of pressurised water was sent 20ft into the air after a the pipe burst in Wolverhampton, West Mids.
Around 10 residents in Stowheath Lane were stranded after their properties were surrounded by up 30cm (1ft) of water.
Resident Mark Hopper, 34, said: ”People say they heard a loud bang at about 5am and when I woke up the road was completely flooded.
”The freezing temperatures must have caused a pipe a crack when it warmed up this morning.”
